As the CEO of AuxoFarm, he serves as a strategic partner, developing and implementing company plans and programs. His role involves analyzing the effects of growth initiatives and regulatory actions, providing accurate financial analysis, and enhancing credibility with the Board of Directors. He implemented policies to improve financial and operational effectiveness, communicate effectively across the organization, and negotiate agreements. Additionally, he assesses risks, track goal achievement, stay informed about industry trends, and build trusting relationships with key partners.
Farzaneh Fardid
Chief Technology Officer
She is a Master of Microbiology. As the Chief Technology Officer at AuxoFarm, her role involves planning and conducting analyses of new technologies, leading the R&D department, and driving innovation for high ROI. She has developed and deployed processes focused on capturing consumer insights, ensuring products meet unmet needs, and delivering aspirational value. She also executes product development plans within cost and timeline expectations.
Sepideh Bahrami
She graduated in General Biology. As the Chief Operating Officer at AuxoFarm, she implements business strategies in alignment with short- and long-term objectives, overseeing operations, HR, and accounting. In collaboration with the CEO, she manages sales and budget for growth targets, aggressively handling capital investments. She monitors performance, takes corrective measures, and builds trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
Narjes Mostafaee
She has a Bachelor of Statistics. As the Chief Marketing Officer at AuxoFarm, she with her background in Statistics, takes on diverse roles—she is the marketing director, brand manager, and head of innovation. She excels as a top-notch storyteller, oversees customer service, and acts as a beacon of growth for the company.
